Information We Collect

Website development projects usually coomprise two components: Web Design and Web Development. Web design includes the initial website mockup and layout design. Web development includes CMS/Blog implementation, e-commerce solution, and custom PHP/ASP/JSP coding. Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all money paid are retained by Etoiles Agency and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

We may collect the following information when you subscribe to our email newsletter or fill in our enquiry form:

  • - Email address
  • - Contact information including email address
  • - Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
  • - Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
