Website development projects usually coomprise two components: Web Design and Web Development. Web design includes the initial website mockup and layout design. Web development includes CMS/Blog implementation, e-commerce solution, and custom PHP/ASP/JSP coding. Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all money paid are retained by Etoiles Agency and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

Payments for Search Engine Optimisation, Search Engine Marketing and Social Media Marketing services are nonrefundable, and Etoiles Agency does not issue pro rata refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. All Setup fees are nonrefundable as it is applied to costs immediately incurred by Etoiles Agency in initiating services.
